R. Means Davis, V, a native of Atlanta, Georgia, USA, founded Empowered Enterprises International in 1993, a global strategic development company specializing in personal empowerment and business success.   A graduate of the top rated business school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, his career began in risk management and insurance, then transitioned into human resource management including recruiting, placement, and consulting. In 1993 he created an executive recruiting company, and in 1998 restructured the company to provide individual and business coaching, the foundation of today's Empowered Enterprises International.  He is also on the board of directors, or consultant to the board, for a wide variety of non-profit organizations committed to making a difference on a global scale. 

 His expertise includes the design and development of individual career paths, organizational strategic planning, and the design and delivery of customized training & developmental seminars.
